Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by DirectHost Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Guest Experience Package
DirectHost Solutions provides a one-time Guest Experience Package that includes a Property Showcase, Digital Guest Guidebook, Interactive Local Guide, QR Welcome Kit, Listing Presentation Refresh, Guest Experience Report, and Unified Branding.
All deliverables are built from the information you provide and are designed to work together as one connected digital ecosystem.
2. One-Time Purchase and Service Term
The Guest Experience Package is a one-time, flat-rate purchase. Upon delivery, you are entitled to a minimum of twelve (12) months of online hosting and access to your digital assets, regardless of whether DirectHost Solutions continues operating.
We reserve the right to charge an optional annual hosting and maintenance fee after the initial 12-month period. Any such fee will be communicated in advance.
3. Right to Remove Properties
We reserve the right to remove any property from our platform at any time, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving misuse, non-payment of applicable fees, or violation of these Terms.
4. Hosting and Uptime
DirectHost Solutions does not physically host servers. Our services are hosted by third-party providers. We are not responsible for server downtime, outages, or technical issues caused by third-party hosting services.
5. Revisions and Changes
The package price includes reasonable small revisions and updates (such as changing Wi-Fi passwords, updating instructions, or minor text changes). Significant changes, redesigns, or major overhauls will be quoted separately.
6. Ownership and Use
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered digital assets for your property. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, systems, and branding framework.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectHost Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada, and where applicable, the laws of the United States.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
